For Landowners and Farmers
Your Land. Your Legacy. Our Partnership.
Maximize Your Land’s Potential
At CVE North America, we understand the deep connection landowners have to their property. We believe your land can continue to serve your family and community for generations.
We partner with landowners and farmers to host solar projects that unlock new revenue opportunities while preserving the land’s agricultural value. Our solar installations are designed to work in harmony with your land.
Whether you have open acreage, pasture, or land that’s not ideal for farming, we’ll assess your site and determine if it’s a good fit for solar—no cost and no obligation.
Land & Site Criteria:
- 20+ acres of open, relatively flat land
- Proximity to existing electrical infrastructure (e.g., substations, three-phase distribution lines)
- Low environmental risk (e.g., outside flood zones, wetlands, or protected areas)

With CVE, you’re partnering with a team that respects your property, your time, and your values. Let’s explore if solar is a good fit for your land.

What to Expect as a Landowner
Partnering with CVE North America means you can expect a smooth, transparent process from the initial conversation to long-term operations. Here’s a step-by-step look at what to expect when you partner with us:
Initial discussion: We’ll connect with you to explore the potential for a community solar project on your land. This is your opportunity to ask questions, learn more about CVE, and understand how the process works.
Site assessment: If you’re interested in moving forward, our team will conduct a thorough site assessment to evaluate feasibility. We’ll consider factors such as grid interconnection, terrain and topography, and local zoning and regulations.
Execution of Agreement: If the site is determined to be viable, CVE will work with you to formalize the partnership through either a lease agreement or a purchase and sale agreement, depending on your goals. We ensure the terms are clear, fair, and aligned with your long-term interests.
Project Design & Development: Once the agreement is signed, we begin designing the project. CVE works closely with landowners and local stakeholders to ensure the solar array aligns with land use priorities and community interests.
Permitting & Approvals: CVE manages all required permits, environmental reviews, and regulatory approvals. We also coordinate utility interconnection and work directly with local government agencies to keep the project on track.
Construction: With all approvals in place, construction begins based on a detailed project plan. Our team focuses on safety, efficiency, and minimizing disruption to surrounding land or operations.
Operations & Maintenance: Once online, CVE operates and maintains the system to ensure strong performance and long-term reliability. You’ll receive consistent financial benefits for up to 40 years—with no operational responsibilities on your end.
At the end of the project’s life, CVE will fully decommission the system and restore your land to its original condition.
