CVE North America, an independent power producer based in New York, is proud to announce a series of donations to nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts as part of its Green Initiative, a unique corporate philanthropy program focused on fostering environmental resilience, enhancing natural habitats, and promoting ecological awareness within local communities. For every solar panel installed, CVE has committed to donate $1 to a local non-profit organization, as chosen by community leaders and representatives from the project locations.

GreenSpark has designed, engineered, and built over 200 MW of renewable energy projects.

CVE raises €100 million from ICG Infra to fund growth

CVE, a France-based independent producer of renewable energy across multiple countries and sources of power, announces today that Intermediate Capital Group plc, a global alternative asset manager, has invested €100 million in CVE through its infrastructure investment arm (ICG Infra). This is an additional investment to the €100 million that ICG had already provided in 2020 in equity and quasi-equity.
